Artisan Arcade only ships to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping within Australia
Artisan Arcade ships via Australia Post. All shipments are issued with a tracking number. Orders may be cancelled without cost if the cancellation occurs prior to lodgement of the parcel onto the Australia Post system. Once lodged, the order cannot be cancelled. However, an order may be returned as set out below (returns for change of mind).
Flat rate standard, express or free shipping in Australia applies to all postcodes. Our flat rate standard fee is $9.90 and our flat rate express fee is $13.95. For all orders for $75 and above, standard shipping is free and discounted express shipping is $7.95.
Delivery times will vary according to the destination but customers can choose to receive email updates from Australia Post by reference to the parcel tracking number contained in our order notification.
Please note that if an order contains aftershaves or edt’s, the order cannot be sent by air. However, the order can be sent either by standard post or express post – by road.
As Artisan Arcade is an online store only, pick-up is not available.
Shipping to New Zealand
Flat rate shipping to New Zealand (via Australia Post) only applies to the North and South islands. Our flat rate fee is $18.95. All other islands or areas within the realm of New Zealand are subject to delivery charges that vary according to the destination.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver aftershaves or edt’s to New Zealand as transport of these items by air is prohibited.
Deliveries to New Zealand do not include NZ import charges such as taxes, fees or customs duties which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all prices on this website include Australian GST. All sales to New Zealand are exempt from Australian GST, so this will not be charged on sales to customers in New Zealand.
Returns for change of mind
An order may be returned for a full refund for change of mind (less a fee of $11.95 for AU or $23.95 for NZ to cover the original delivery/packing cost and re-stocking) provided the delivery package is unopened and the buyer pays the return postage. Please contact customer service before returning an order.
For health and hygiene reasons no order will be accepted for return due to change of mind if the delivery package has been opened as the stock cannot be re-sold.
If any shipment is not delivered within the expected time or is received but is missing items, or contains items that are damaged, faulty, sent in error or the order otherwise gives rise to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within 14 days at: email@example.com or call/text the number that appears on your invoice or the business card that accompanies your order.
