Ozkava Kava from Vanuatu to Australia

Vanuatu contains the greatest variety of kavas in the world. Selective breeding has resulted in a fabulous variety of cultivars, some of which have a stronger effect on the mind (euphoria, tranquillity) and some of which have a greater effect on the body (muscle relaxation, pain relief).

Our Gold Blend medium grind kava powder contains a mix of 100% noble kavas that provide balanced mind/body effects. It has a smooth, herbal taste. As with all medium grind kavas, the kava/water mixture must be strained before consumption.

Our Instant Kava is the instant version of our Gold Blend kava. It is made by dehydrating the fresh juice of gold blend kava roots. It is NOT micronised kava. It mixes immediately with water so straining is unnecessary – there is nothing to strain. To serve, just add a heaped teaspoon (3-5g) to a glass of water and stir. This is the closest equivalent available to the fresh kava juice that is served in the kava bars (Nakamals) of Vanuatu.

Our Chillout Blend is a medium grind powder made from the rootstock of various noble cultivars from Vanuatu to produce a kava that is strong in both taste and effect. It is not recommended for new kava consumers. It will suit experienced kava drinkers who seek a powerful beverage at an attractive price.
